Nov. 24: Pagosa Springs High School, 800 8th Street, Curtains Up Pagosa Presents ‘Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory’.

Nov. 24: 4th Annual Art for the Animals (AFTA) 2019 10am – 4pm at PLPOA 230 Port Ave: Art for the Animals (AFTA) is a holiday event for local artisans offering custom creations of many kinds. AFTA is hosted by and benefits the Humane Society of Pagosa Springs & Pagosa Springs Arts Council. In addition to local artists’ amazing creations, AFTA offers shoppers live music, free parking, gift wrapping, holiday decorations, food and drinks.

Nov. 28: Sage Mobile, 275 E. Pagosa Street: This will be their second annual FREE Thanksgiving lunch. They will be offering lunch to anyone in need of a good hot meal and some company.

Nov. 29: Meet the artist Belvedere Arts Studio and Gallery, 2363 Eagle Drive. 4pm-6pm. Featuring art by Cheryl Crane, with music by Steve Blech Schmidt.

Wolf Creek ~Fresh Powder~Slope time

Welcome to Pagosa Springs, CO ! One of our main activities when the snow falls is skiing, snow boarding, and sledding or maybe just building the cutest snowman ever. Wolf Creek is one of the best places to play in the snow.  Wolf Creek was able to open on October 13, 2019 this was the second earliest in Wolf Creek history!

Wolf Creek is excited to announce the opening of the upper mountain this weekend with Treasure Stoke, Bonanza, Elma, Nova, Lynx and the Magic Carpet lifts operating from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.!  The mountain will now be open 7 days a week starting this Saturday, November 23rd!  The ski area will be closed tomorrow, Friday, November 22nd.

  • Wolf Creek will be open 7 days a week for the season beginning Saturday, November 23rd.
  • Wolf Creek will be closed tomorrow, Friday, November 22nd.
  • To celebrate the opening of the upper mountain, Wolf Creek will be offering the Local Appreciation Rate until further notice.  Local appreciation rates are $54 for adults, $36 for seniors and $29 for children.
  • The Ski School will be available for both adults and children, including the Wolf Pup Program.  The Ski Rental and Boarder Dome will also be open, as well as Treasure Sports.
  • The Wolf Creek Lodge will be open this weekend with a full menu as well as the Prospector Grill, the Continental Espresso Bar and Base Camp, Wolf Creek’s Picnic Building.
  • There will be entertainment in the Main Day Lodge this weekend with Christof the One Man Band from Taos.

With the new snow fall skiing or snowboarding  conditions perfect for your Thanksgiving holiday! There will be plenty of fresh powder when doing big air jumps or if you are more of a novice and biffs are your thing then you are in luck! Memorial Day!

Anyone who is serving or has served in the military gets a general admission into the Hot Springs for free! Make sure you check out the Worlds Deepest Hot Spring here in Pagosa Springs! Also make sure you have a military ID to get the free admission. For more information click on the image below…

Avengers!!

At NextHome, located in Pagosa Springs, we will be giving tickets to those who come into one of our local offices to watch the Avengers Infinity War and the Avengers Endgame at our Liberty Movie Theater. Tubing Hill!

With the amount of snow Pagosa Springs has received lately the only tubing hill in town is open! Located at High Country Lodge going towards Wolf Creek. $15 per person to tube for an hour and a half and for children 3 and under, or smaller than 42 inches, can ride for free. Snow Much Fun!

Bring your sleds and come sledding on Reservoir Hill! With enough parking for everyone, not to mention more than enough space for tons of people.  Great for sledding but also has an amazing view of Downtown Pagosa, so come check it out for yourself!
