The Giving Trees Are Up at Two Pagosa Springs’ Loactions!
NextHome Rocky Mountain Realty has placed Giving Trees at two different locations in Pagosa Springs. The first giving tree is set up at Liberty Theatre, and the second is at Terry’s Ace Hardware. Please help us make this a Christmas to remember for our local families! Just visit one of the two tree locations and pick up a ‘Luke’ tag from the tree. Each tag has a child’s name, age, and what they would like for Christmas. The wrapped gift can then be dropped off at one of our two NextHome offices:

Some children are asking for clothes, some are asking for toys. Spread joy this holiday season by helping us give to families in need! The deadline for donation Drop-Offs is Dec. 22.
Congratulations to Kay Duffy on Her Recent Home Sale and Purchase
We were pleased to assist Kay Duffy in the sale of her condo at 247 Davis Cup Drive, and purchase of her new home at 397 Midiron Avenue.

Wolf Creek Now Open for Ski Season
As of Tuesday, Wolf Creek will be open seven days a week for the 2017-2018 season! Lucky for Pagosa Springs locals and visitors, our mountain is known for some of the most affordable skiing and snowboarding, Very short lift lines, and excellent powder. With an average of 480″ per year, Wolf Creek is always a contender for most snow in Colorado.

Music, Moose, and Mountains
Whether you’re a local, want to be a local, or are just visiting for a spell, the 22nd Annual Four Corners Folk Festival is a fun way to spend the first weekend in September enjoying some killer folk and bluegrass music in the San Juan mountains. This famous festival is being held right here in Pagosa Springs and features headliners like Los Lobos, The Accidentals, and the Drunken Hearts. The festival runs from Sept 1st-3rd, 2017 on our beautiful Reservoir Hill which is full of trails and, just recently, a beautiful herd of moose were even spotted nearby.
Come listen to music, hang out, dance, and, when you’re not enjoying the festival, check out our local hot springs and hiking trails.
