My parents first went with another broker who had a reputation for signing up properties but not necessarily being the one who sold them. So a year later, no house sold, they went with Britney. She hit the ground running, worked with them on a good commission rate, showed the house a ton and was a great agent/broker for my parents and ultimately sold the home. Simply the best! We approached Britney Chaisson to help us reach out to a neighbor to purchase a portion of their vacant lot. We soon had great news from our neighbor that they were interested in selling 1/2 of the lot. As it turned out there are many steps to purchasing a portion of land, adjusting plot lines and engaging with the County and lenders. Of all the homes I have purchased this was the most pleasant experience of them all. After emailing Britney and telling her what we wanted in a home she sent us several listings with virtual tours that gave us a good idea of what was available. She then showed us many homes and we found the one. Britney was there throughout the whole process, she even showed up at closing to make sure everything went smoothly and it did. We are very happy to be in Pagosa .

Second house we've purchased with Brittany. Always smooth sailing and is always available when we need her. She was creating contracts and negotiating the price on the house we just purchased while she was suppose to be on vacation, at 1am to help us get it done. Working with Britney was an absolute pleasure. We initially had issues with listing our house (renters trashed the place) but Britney took it upon herself to make sure that the house was put right and that while we were listing, we had excellent renters. She is definitely an expert in the Pagosa Springs area market and once a possible buyer was found, the whole process was virtually painless. Britney was always available to answer any questions and always kept us in the loop on any possible interest in the home. I have nothing but high praise for Britney and would work with her again in a heartbeat if I got the chance.
