Wolf Creek Snow Report 3/2/2023

I hope everyone’s March started off great! This most recent storm gave Wolf Creek a ton of powder:

The mountain has received 17″ in the last 24 hours, 26″ in the last 48 hours and 28″ in the last 72 hours.

The snowfall year-to-date is 356″.

The current surface conditions are powder/packed powder with extensive grooming throughout the mountain.

Today’s Pick of the Hill is Bunny Hop.

Lift tickets are at Regular Rates: $85 for adults, $54 for seniors and $42 for children.

This Saturday, March 4th, Wolf Creek will be having the Jane and Pitch Tribute Race; come celebrate the lives of our Founders and enjoy the fresh snow! Fun races are for all ages and ability levels and are free with the purchase of a lift ticket.

The forecast shows more snow tomorrow and through the weekend! YAY!

Wow, the end of the month already!? Time seems to be flying by! Make sure to make the time to enjoy the mountain before the warm weather rolls around… Here’s a look at Wolf Creek currently:

The mountain received 2″ of fresh snow within the last 24 hours. Screenshot_20230228_112104

The 7-day snowfall total was 51″.

The midway snow depth 112″ and the summit snow depth is 129″.

It is currently snowing heavily.

The surface conditions are powder/packed powder with extensive grooming throughout the mountain.

Today’s Pick of the Hill is Tranquility.

2/7/23 Wolf Creek Snow Report

I hope y’all are having a great week so far! Let’s take a quick look at the snow report for Wolf Creek Ski Area:

The mountain has received 3″ of snow within the last 7 days.

The midway snow depth is at 84″ and the summit snow depth is at 94″.

The surface conditions are powder/packed powder with excellent conditions and extensive grooming throughout the mountain.

The road conditions are dry.

Lift tickets are at regular rates today:  $85 for adults, $54 for seniors and $42 for children.

Today, Tuesday, February 7th, is a Tuesday Turns and Technique Clinic. Skiers and boarders can purchase a lift ticket for $62 ($43 for seniors) and a 2-hour morning lesson for any ability for just $45.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, February 8th, is a Local Appreciation Day. Lift tickets are $62 for adults, $43 for seniors and $32 for children.

1/19/23 Wolf Creek Snow Report

Happy Thursday! We’ve had quite the week of snowstorms! Let’s take a look at Wolf Creek’s current conditions:

The mountain received a total of 56″ of snow from this latest storm!

The total snowfall year-to-date is 223″.

The midway depth is 106″ and the summit depth is 115″.

The surface conditions are powder/packed powder with excellent conditions and extensive grooming throughout the mountain. Screenshot_20221111_103051

The Pick of the Hill today is Orion’s Beltway.

Lift tickets are at Regular Rates: $85 for Adults, $54 for Seniors and $42 for Children.

This Sunday, January 22nd, Wolf Creek will be having a Fun Race! Race your friends or just challenge your own fastest time. Free and open to skiers and boarders of all ages and abilities. Sign up is from 9:30am-10:30am in the Raven’s Nest building and the race is from 11am to 1pm on Charisma run.

HOORAY!!! The Wolf Creek 2022-2023 Season has Officially Begun!

Open 7 days a week!

Wolf Creek has received 4” of fresh snow in the last 24 hours, bringing the 7-day total to 20”.

Conditions are powder/packed powder. Expect early season conditions and unmarked obstacles.

90% of the mountain is open with 8 lifts and 1,440 skiable acres.

Pick of The Hill include Tranquility, Nova and Susan’s.

Lift tickets are at Local Appreciation Rates until further notice: $62 for adults, $43 for seniors and $32 for children.

The Meadow Loop and Lake Spur Nordic Trails were groomed today, November 10th.

WE DID IT!

Wolf Creek boasts over 400″ in this season’s total snowfall, making it the leader of snowfall in Colorado this year! While closing day was set for April 7, 2019, the mountain will continue to be open on weekends through April 21, 2019. We can’t wait to take advantage of another 3 weeks of bluebird days!
